Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of woohl.com and the Woohl app, operated by ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

Woohl is a marketplace. We provide the place where brands list products and creators recommend them. We are not the seller. The contract of sale for any product is between you and the brand that fulfils it.

Woohl is an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not manufacture, own or inspect every product listed, though we do vet the brands we onboard and remove listings that breach our standards.

What we are responsible for: running the Platform, processing payments, publishing accurate policies, and holding brands to the delivery, return and refund commitments set out in them.

You keep ownership of reviews, photos and other content you post. By posting it you grant Woohl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and distribute it on and in connection with the Platform.

Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, or that impersonates another person may be removed without notice.

Creator content may be commercial. Where a creator has a paid or affiliate relationship with a brand, that relationship must be disclosed on the content itself. Recommendations reflect the creator's own view and are not a warranty from Woohl about any product.

The Woohl name, logo, design system, copy and software are owned by ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and appear under licence. Nothing on the Platform grants you a right to use any of these marks.

If you believe content on Woohl infringes your intellectual property, write to hello@woohl.com with details of the work, the location of the infringing content and proof of your rights. We act on valid notices within 15 days.

The Platform is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and product descriptions, images and availability are supplied by brands and may contain inaccuracies.

To the extent permitted by law, Woohl's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may close your account at any time from the support screen in your account. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where fraud is suspected, or where we are required to by law. Termination does not affect orders already placed or refunds already due.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

Before going to court, please use our Grievance Redressal process. It is free, it has published timelines, and it resolves the overwhelming majority of complaints. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes are notified before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that point means you accept the revised terms.
